Managing appointments and contact information is only one of the many tasks of the Administration Department. The employees of this department take care of all communication. For example they build up the contacts with our sister city Polanow in Poland. The log of weekly meetings also falls within its remit.

For the "International Student Companies Fair in Berlin", they organized the transport or personnel and the booking of accommodation and materials.
